Volker Kühn

Volker Kühn (1948) is particularly known for his collage object - these elaborate works are collected by his collectors across Europe.
Kühn's collages are always unique. Each work consists of thousands of paper fragments. They create an impressive three-dimensionality.

In his collages, also called assemblages, Volker Kühn develops an exciting pictorial concept: from the asymmetrical composition of the paper elements inside the picture, a symmetry develops towards the outside of the picture. This dynamic structure immerses the viewer in a circular movement.

Volker Kühn's collages are fascinating, imposing solitaires in a room - they simply draw the eye!
