Fascinating glass art The artist's graceful glass objects can be found in the internationally renowned glass collection of the Düsseldorf Kunstpalast! Vita and exhibitions of the artist Lea Lenhart (*1972, Altstätten, Switzerland) lives and works in Düsseldorf. From 2001 she studied painting at the Düsseldorf Art Academy under Professor Rissa, was a master student and graduated in 2007. The artist's works are regularly presented in solo and group exhibitions, including at the Kunstmuseum Bonn, the Berlinische Galerie, the Kulturforum Alte Post in Neuss, Schloss Neersen in Willich, the Kunsthalle Koblenz, the NRW-Forum Düsseldorf and the Hamburger Kunsthalle. Lea Lenhart at the Kunstpalast Proof of the artist's reputation is the purchase of the large-scale installation ‘Wasserwesen’ (Water Creatures), comprising 81 objects, from the renowned Hentrich Collection of the Düsseldorf Kunstpalast. This installation will be presented prominently in the permanent collection exhibition (from 19 November 2024).
